We are looking for a relationship-driven and proactive Business Development Representative to help more companies offer their employees convenient and sustainable bike benefits. In this role, you’ll build and maintain relationships with small to mid-sized companies.
ABOUT YOU
A few years into your sales career with experience of active outbound sales
A natural relationship builder - curious, driven, and self-sufficient.
Creative and unafraid of new ideas and approaches.
Positive, solutions-oriented, and not hesitant to take the initiative.
Interested in sustainability and committed to contributing to a better world.
Experienced with the full sales process, from creating new contacts via cold outreach, social selling, and networking to handling incoming leads and converting interest into long-term relationships.
A go getter mentality.
Familiar with Hubspot CRM or similar.
Curious about digital tools that can streamline your work.
Fluent in Swedish (native) and proficient in English, our primary internal communication language.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In the Business Development Representative role your main responsibilities are:Â
Identify, reach out to, and convert both cold and warm leads with various sales activities.
Sell a service that is cost-neutral for the client, saves money for employees, and benefits the environment.
Position Vapaus bike benefits as a sustainable, healthy, and cost-effective alternative in dialogue with potential customers.
Networking, social selling, and other strategic lead generation.
Build new and long-term customer relationshipsÂ
Hold presentations, events etc that increases awareness of Vapaus.
Think creatively and independently to find new ways to reach and strengthen new customer relationships.
Some travel, occasionally requiring overnight stays, is expected.
