ABOUT YOU:

• You are familiar with e-commerce platforms (especially Shopify), CRM tools (Hubspot, Zendesk) and Adobe photo editors would be considered a plus.
• Ability to work in an independent, structured, and systematic manner.
• Experience in customer service and you have great communication skills.
• Speak fluent Finnish, and have full professional proficiency in English. Swedish and other languages would be an asset.
• Ideally, You are somewhat familiar with bikes and know what a derailleur hanger is.
• You’re motivated, and energetic and want to achieve high targets together with the team.
• A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU Citizens.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

• Ensure flawless customer service for Precycled customers (leading selling platform for the used benefit bikes in the Nordics).
• Process orders and communicate with customers (using our CRM tools) according to Vapaus standards.
• You update our webshop, create new products, and update information daily.
• Take pictures of returned Precycled bikes and edit images using Adobe Photo Editors (Lightroom) on a weekly basis.
• Assisting in planning various marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the maintenance/mechanics team to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
• Working at least 2-3 days onsite at our office in Helsinki, Sörnäinen.
