ABOUT YOU

• You have the ability to clearly convey ideas and problems/challenges to different stakeholders inside and outside our organisation.
• You have strong Python knowledge and experience with a related framework (we are using FastAPI)
• You are very familiar with relational databases (we are using PostgreSQL)
• You have experience designing and implementing complex software architecture.
• You can build future-proof, maintainable, and scalable code with relevant test coverage.
• You are confident in analysing code, requirements, system risks, and software reliability.
• You are articulative and have strong interpersonal skills.
• You have some experience or interest in financial, payments and/or invoicing systems: amongst your responsibilities you will be maintaining and expanding these critical systems for us.

A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU citizens.

BONUS

• You are familiar with DevOps
• You have experience with Google Cloud Platform and Terraform

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a part of our growing technical team you will be responsible for the development of new features and the maintenance of the existing ones. Naturally, your input will also be key when choosing what to prioritise and what stack and tools we should be using to reach our goals.

Additionally, we expect you to be accountable for:

• Our system’s security and reliability. We hope that you know about best practices to follow to write clean, scalable code.
• Good documentation of our systems and processes, to ensure that onboarding new developers is as smooth as you would dream it for yourself

For this position we can offer a salary between 4.800€-6.500€ depending on the relevance of your skill & level of seniority.
